Nearly all our menu is made from scratch using traditional techniques that follow long lasting family recipes. Our talented Chef's truly enjoy bringing the best out of each menu item.

Rather than having one note predominating the flavor of a dish, Vietnamese cuisine uses a combination of flavors. A single bite might feature the flavor of, say cilantro or galangal, but the next will have basil or lemon grass. No two consecutive bites are quite the same. The regions of VietNam produce an incredible variety of ingredients, whether meats and fish, vegetables, and herbs and spices, a benefit unparalleled in neighboring cultures and cuisines.
